The purpose of scoping is to solicit input from agencies, organizations, tribes, and the public on potential environmental issues, possible alternatives, and ways to reduce adverse impacts associated with the proposed project. Issues relevant to CEQA and NEPA will be addressed in the EIR/EIS.
The CPUC and BLM request that scoping comments be submitted in writing by either of the following methods:
