Environmental Review The CPUC completed its environmental review process with the certification of the Final EIR on August 19, 2004. Following are the documents that were published during the environmental review process:
PG&E's Application and Proponent's Environmental Assessment The Application and PEA may be viewed here. Construction Progress and Mitigation Monitoring PG&E will construct the Jefferson-Martin Project in five segments:
PG&E plans to start construction of Segments 1 and 5 first; these segments are scheduled to begin in January 2005. Schedules for Segments 2, 3, and 4 will be posted here when that information is available. After the start of construction, weekly reports on construction status and activities will be posted here.
