The proposed 13-mile pipeline would traverse the cities of Carson, Long Beach, Bellflower, Cerritos, Artesia, and Norwalk, as well as unincorporated Los Angeles County lands. Modifications to pumping stations and facilities would also occur to Santa Fe Pacific Pipeline Partners (SFPP) terminals at Norwalk, Industry, and Colton.

6. General Plan Designation:
The proposed pipeline traverses the Cities of Carson, Long Beach, Bellflower, Cerritos, and Norwalk, and unincorporated Los Angeles County land. Land use designations along the project route include residential, commercial, industrial, public facilities, and open space uses. Land use designations at the pump stations to the east are industrial for the City of Industry and for Colton.
