BACKGROUND In response to CPUC General Order No. 131-D, PG&E has applied for a permit to construct the 115kV - 21kV distribution substation, called the Nortech Substation and two 115 kVpower lines in the cities of San Jose and Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. |
NEGATIVE DECLARATION & FINAL INITIAL STUDY Because approval of this action is discretionary on the part of the CPUC, California law requires this CEQA review. The NEGATIVE DECLARATION FINAL INITIAL STUDY COMMENTS AND RESPONSE TO COMMENTS MITIGATION MONITORING PROGRAM have been prepared and are viewable online or can be downloaded from this site.
