The Commission will hold a full panel hearing on September 16, 1994
to consider "Customer Choice Through Direct Access."  The hearing will be
held at the Commission Auditorium, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco,
California.

	Parties who wish to speak on September 16 should contact
Administrative Law Judge Kim Malcolm no later than August 16 in writing.

summary of the comments they propose to make at the September 16 hearing.

	The Commission will issue a more specific agenda for the September
16 hearing no later than September 1.  Parties who wish to file comments on
related subjects should do so no later than August 24.  Reply comments
should be filed no later than September 30.
