This workshop is being held Pursuant to Decision 98-12-065 which directed the Energy Division to convene a workshop no latter than June 30, 2000 to examine the use of load profiles, whether the meter exemption for 20-50kW direct access customers and for direct access customers with a demand of less than 20kW should continue or be terminated, and whether hourly interval meters should be required of bundled service customers with a demand of less than 50kW. Workshop Notice July 21, 2000 9:30 a.m. Public Utilities Commission Building 505 Van Ness Avenue, Hearing Room A San Francisco The Commission will conduct a workshop where persons interested in discovery practice at the Commission will have an opportunity to discuss their views on proposed changes or additions to the Commission's discovery rules in formal Commission proceedings. Prior to the workshop, it would be useful if interested persons have reviewed a conceptual discussion on this topic, as well as the cover letter to that discussion, which are both on the Commission's web site at http://www.cpuc.ca.gov/divisions/alj/alj div home.htm. In addition to attending the workshop, persons may comment in writing no later than July 6, 2000, on the scope of the issues set forth in the conceptual discussion and whether they are sufficiently inclusive.
