L-258 (Augmentation of Established Procedures For Release of Public Records Not Open To Public Inspection And Authorizes Commission Staff Release Such Records To Certain Law Enforcement Organization) By D.97-09-124 issued on September 30, 1997, the Commission ordered that any interested party may file written comments on Resolution No. L-258. Resolution No. L-258 augments the established procedures for release of public records not open to public inspection and authorizes Commission staff to release such records to certain law enforcement agencies pursuant to an agreement for the exchange of such records, to be used in a confidential manner, executed by Commission staff and an appropriate representative of the law enforcement agency. D.97-09-124 modified Resolution No. L-258 to provide that no member of the Commission staff shall release any customer information, other than that which is on file in formal proceedings and therefore open to public inspection, and other than that released pursuant to appropriate judicial process. Any interested party wishing to file comments on Resolution No. L-258 may do so by filing such comments with the Docket Office no later than Monday, October 20, 1997. The cost for a one-year subscription to the entire public agenda package (which excludes Executive Session materials) is $1,000. Cox believes that GTEC's refusal to upload any new NXX codes assigned to Cox is a transparent effort to leverage GTEC's market power to force Cox to accept unfavorable interconnection terms.
