A draft resolution (M-4793) of the Executive Division approving disclosure of information concerning utility readiness with respect to the Year 2000 (Y2K) computer problem, including utility responses to resolution M-4792, dated November 19, 1998, will be on the April 1, 1999 Commission meeting agenda. The Commission may vote on this resolution at that time, or it may postpone a vote until later. When the Commission votes on M- 4793, it may adopt all or part of it as written, amend or modify it, or set it aside and prepare a different resolution.
