ORDER CORRECTING ERRORS

The Commission has been informed of certain errors in Decision (D.) 97-02-014. Therefore, pursuant to Resolution A-4661,

IT IS ORDERED that errors in D.97-02-014 are corrected as follows:

  1. On page 75, delete the entire third paragraph "As discussed above,...in Section 6.0."
  2. Beginning on page 78, fourth paragraph, delete second and third sentences "To this end...in this proceeding." On line 7 of page 79, insert "assistance and" after the word "low-income."

This order is effective today.
