The v1-6/6/2017 version is a preliminary draft that compiles all discussion, propopals, and recommendations to date into one place. The table on the first page summarizes the status for each task and suggests next steps for stakeholders.

Stakeholders should review and provide additiona comment, focusing on the areas highlighted in yellow.
