All four Commissioners will attend the session which begins at 10:30 a.m. in the state building auditorium, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco. Most of the morning and afternoon will focus on panel discussion of specific issues: fair competition, consumer protections, interconnection and call termination, numbers and number portability, and terms and conditions of entry. Panel participants will be limited to parties who file comments with the CPUC by today, according to the order issued in April. About an hour and a half is set aside at the end of the day for any interested parties to comment, whether they filed comments or not.
