 CPUC TO DISCUSS ELECTRIC RESTRUCTURING AT 1:40 P.M. DECEMBER 20

    The California Public Utilities Commission December 20
meeting begins at 9 a.m. and items held over from its December 6
and December 18 meetings will be discussed then.
    The Commission will discuss electric industry restructuring
at 1:40 p.m. on December 20.  With consideration for the daily
closing of the major stock exchanges, the Commission's written
proposal will be available to the public at 1:30 p.m. that day.
As with all matters considered at Commission meetings, it will be
available in a Hearing Room - this time, Hearing Room D - near
the Auditorium.
    The Commission meeting on December 20 is at the usual
location: Auditorium, State Building, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San
Francisco.
    Information about the Commission proposal will be available
as soon as possible after its December 20 meeting via
