1. Discussion of Transmission Pricing for WEPEX Filing: The WEPEX Transmission Access Fee team has observed that FERC Order 888 requires to consult with their State regulatory authorities before filing transmission rates at FERC. ORA has proposed to address this need by seeking agreement on transmission pricing (e.g., continuation of the current rate structure for the 1998 and 1999) within the Ratesetting Working Group, for proposal to the CPUC for resolution in a February '97 Interim Decision (i.e., a final decision on this limited issue in the Ratesetting proceeding).
