This meeting will follow up on this previous discussion an d to initiate work on this process. Other issues will be addressed a s needed, including any technical questions that participants wish to explore concerning the utilities' July 15 filings, and any issues identified in context of 5/20/96 Scoping Workshop that have not been otherwise addressed by WG Interpretation of Existing Tariffs, 1:00 PM: (1) Any unresolved Baseline rate implementation issues or issues involving line extension rules, following discussion at full group on 8/12, (2) Functioning of non-firm rates, including termination provisions -- continuing discussion of issue papers pursuant to previous meetings.
