This meeting will follow up on this previous discussion and to initiate work on this process. Other issues will be addressed as needed, including any technical questions that participants wish to explore concerning the utilities' July 15 filings, and any issues identified in context of 5/20/96 Scoping Workshop that have not been otherwise addressed by WG Interpretation of Existing Tariffs, 1:00 PM: (1) Identification of master- metering issues (R. Hairston, WMA), (2) Any unresolved Baseline rate implementation issues or issues involving line extension rules, following discussion at full group on 8/12, (3) Functioning of non-firm rates, including termination provisions -- continuing discussion of issue papers pursuant to previous meetings.
