DAWG Team B Meeting Minutes
                   July 2, 1996
           Wyndam Hotel - Los Angeles, CA


Meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. and began with self-introductions of
all in attendance.

Review of Drafting Assignments/Updates

Aggregation/Load Profile - Toby Tyler (PG&E)

Load Profiling paper should be submitted to the Website by 7/5/96, and a small
group is being pulled together by Toby to work on this product.


Aggregation - Work still in progress

Upstream Metering and Market Rules - Michael Shames (UCAN)

Michael gave an overview of the paper, answered questions, and requested
comments.

Data Requirements - L. Kristou (CEC)

Lorenso handed out two papers; Access to Customer Information and Access to
Information/Customer Privacy Protection (from D Team).  Discussion centered on
interactions between Teams B and D and Lorenso requested comments.

Team D Presentation - Michael Shames (UCAN)

Discussion will continue today and will have position by July 11. Consumer Bill
of Rights has had limited progress, but work is continuing.  Michael offered to
answer questions on Bill of Rights and asked for comments.
Universal Metering - Mac McCay (SDG&E)

Paper has been posted on Internet.  Mac discussed paper.  The paper covers a
policy issue and not how to fund the meters.  Mac requested comments.

Billing Presentation - Leslie Klein (SDG&E)

Leslie made a presentation to facilitate the identification and discussion of
key billing issues.  She presented some guiding billing principles developed by
SDG&E.  Then she went through the Group B Key Issues (A through H) and laid out
key questions within each issue and an SDG&E strawman for each issue.

There was good participation and debate on the various topics.
