For the last time......
Attached please find the correct files in a single "zip" file.  Our earlier
upload was corrupted(all text is as of 6/27/97).  Inside the zip are the
following four files:

M&DCS-EPRIAMRA.DOC -- EPRI Proposal
M&DCWS-Techannex.doc -- Technical Appendix
AMRACASM.DOC -- The UCA CASM Mapping of Meter tables document
ANSIC12-19.DOC -- The IEEE1377/ANSI C12.19 standard (pre-approved document --
standard has been approved but that document can't be emailed)
