CellNet has one additional suggested comment for the MDMA Acceptance
Process and Performance Standards document. We would like to add the
following provision:

"An entity that has been accepted by a UDC to perform MDMA services as a
subcontractor to an ESP in that UDC’s service territory is automatically
accepted to perform MDMA services as a subcontractor to other ESPs in that
UDC’s service territory. In all cases, the ESP continues as the primary
contact point with the UDC and remains responsible for the accurate,
timely, safe, and reliable provision of MDMA services, including meeting
the performance standards."
