Attached is the draft filing outlining data exchange protocols and information flow procedures for the exchange of billing data, DASR transactions and customer information data. This is a draft document, work in progress and we welcome all comments. Please e-mail them to Kirsten Stacey at KSM8@pge.com as well as posting them to the WEB page. PG&E would also like to recommend that this document request that the CPUC formalize a committee with adequate representation to review all data exchange protocols and make amendments as the market dictates. This seems to be mandatory since we cannot possibly foresee what will evolve in the future.
