RELATIONSHIP OF DQIWG TO OTHER FORUMS

Attached is a paper developed with the assistance of Dan Barber and Ed
Quiroz that discusses other working groups and forums whose subject
matter is relevant to DQIWG.  A number of issues about the relationship
that DQIWG should have with these groups as they conduct their own work
are raised.  At a minimum, DQIWG needs to determine how it will keep
abreast of work these working groups and forums are accomplishing in
their own subject area.  At a maximum, DQIWG needs to coordinate the
work of these other forums to address topics that we believe are
important to developing sound recommendations that DQIWG will make to
the CPUC, the ISO, the PX, scheduling coordinators and other relevant
decision-makers.
