Agenda for Feb 11 Data & Information WS

Attached is an agenda for the Feb. 11 workshop.  It is rather general,
and I am counting on parties to come prepared to present and discuss
their proposals for "the type of data that the Energy Division should
gather, and the type of information that the UDCs and other market
participants should be required to maintain, to assess the effects of
load profiling, and to determine how load profiling methodologies and
administration can be improved." (D.97-10-086, ordering paragraph 10)

brief advance notice of particular topics of interest will be helpful.
