RE:     Comments on The Posted Questions


Since I will not be able to attend the workshop this Friday, I would like
to include the attached  comments for the questions posted for the
workshop.  Hope that this will be useful in shaping the policy for load
profiling. (The file is in ASCII format, since I do not know what
wordprocessing software I should use.)

I would also like to be included in your mailing list.  It is my intent to
contribute towards this working group.
