Attached are the comments of the California Department of General
Services ("DGS") regarding the Energy Division's Report on Direct Access
Load Profiling Workshop (Sept. 9 Report). The comments are attached,
respectively, in MS Word Rich Text Format ("RTF") and WordPerfect
formats for your convenience. The comments will be filed at the CPUC
today and are being served electronically to those parties who attended
the January 26 and February 11 Workshops and the Load Profiling email
"exploder." I am sorry if you receive duplicate copies. The document
is also being posted to the Load Profiling webpage.
