Attached is a Microsoft Word 6 file containing the comments of the
California Energy Commission (CEC) Staff on the October 2, 1998 Energy
Division Report concerning eligibility of customers in the 20- to 50-kW
size range for load profiling.
A hardcopy of these comments may be requested from Linda Wofford at
(916) 654-4755 for those who were not sent one directly.
Since the CEC Staff did not partcipate in the Workshop, and its views
differ markedly from the consensus reported in the Workshop Report,
these comments were also distributed to the restructuring service list.
