Standards sent from Group 2 to Group 1

On 3/31, the Equipment Committee culled through a list of standards and
produced a shorter list that they will be recommending in the final
report.  During that process, several standards were identified as the
purvue of Communications, so it was decided to "send" those to Committee
2 for consideration.

They were: 
ANSI C12.18-1996	Protocol Specification for ANSI Type 2 Optical Port
ANSI C12.19-1997	Utility Industry End Device Data Tables

These are the published communications standards - there are two others
in the works:

ANSI C12.21-199X	Protocol Specification for Telephone Modem
Communication
ANSI C12.22-199X	Protocol Specification for Interfacing to Data
Communications Networks
