I (Young) included a table (which was discussed and agreed in the
4/29 meeting) on the second page of this document. The table lists and
describes what those tests are in ANSI C12.1 and ANSI C12.20 Standards for
clarification.
Please review and let Young know ASAP if you have comments. After
that it will sent to Jaime Patterson and Kirsten Stacey for final posting
(COB Thursday 5/21/98) prior to PSWG Plenary voting.
