My turn to agree with my esteemed competitor, your arguments seem well
thought out....except I know of no way to limit the minority report to
brevity without being heavy handed with page or word limits. If a person
writes a "run on" minority report it will not be as effective to the
reader, and the author will be hurting his own cause....I say let them
write, what they want....Human nature will probaly prevail on the side of
brief reports for the most part.
I still plan to write up brief minutes to the MDM meeting.
