RE:  PROPOSED RESCHEDULING OF 14-15 APRIL 1998, SAN DIEGO SUB-COMMITTEE
MEETING. . .

NOTE:  San Diego has agreed to host the PSWG Subgroup meetings on April
14-15.  However, due to a facilities conflict, SDGE proposes that the
meeting dates be moved to, April 16-17.  We request that attendees please
advise of any major conflicts, concerns or objections.  If no objections are
raised, SDGE will host the PSWG sub-committee workshops on April 16-17, 1998
at a location to be announced.
