Attached are the notes from the Meter Communication meeting held on 3/10 as well as an agenda for 3/30. The notes are a work in progress and will evolve over time. (Hopefully the Agreement sections will get bigger and more substantive, etc.) Sorry this is so late. Illness among other things has slowed me down. (temporarily, luckily) Now it's time to get moving!
