Meter Communication Subgroup,
Attached is Tim's and Young's revised proposal on how to apply the ANSI
C12.19 for the MC Subgroup's discussion on April 28. This proposal adds
a "grandfather" language in the Comments column of Table 1 for the ANSI
C12.19. The other two standards, ANSI C12.21 and 22, are unchanged.
Hopefully, this will help us to get closer to a group consensus.
