As far as I know, there are no "national" or "official" standards for VEE. We
can do various combinations of the following:
1. Continue developing CA standards, using the MDCS ruling as a base and
working with the UDCs to determine best practices (similar to the work done
last fall for interval data)
2. Compare with ISO VEE standards to determine where there is commonality and
where requirements are (and should be) different for the ISO vs. MDMA
3. Work toward finding a "home" for VEE standards with a national standards
body
I would like to know the direction the group would like to take with regard to
these issues, or if there are any other similar issues to be addressed. Thanks!
