While discussing VEE rules for adjusted data, it was noted that there is no
"standard" or approved process for:
1.  The MSP to notify the MDMA of a problem with the meter requiring that the
meter data be adjusted, including the cause and the correction factor
2.  The MDMA to notify the ESP and UDC, if more than just reposting the
adjusted data to the MDMA Server is required

Item 1 seems to be between PSWG groups 3 (MDM/Meter Reading) and 4 (Meter
installation/maintenance/etc).

Item 2 seems to fall under PSWG group 3.

Please add these items for consideration in these groups.  Thanks!
