Attached are the revised DRAFT VEE procedures for both interval and monthly
data.  A separate document will be written more as a "report" to include the
group's recommendations about implementation and future direction.    As
always, if you have any questions, please contact me.  This document will be
used as the basis for next week's monthly VEE meeting and interval VEE
conference call.  No changes have been made in the Appendices.
