Attached are the revised interval and monthly VEE rules.  Question for the team
- should I keep this as one document, or break it up into two documents - one
for interval, and one for monthly?  I've also attached the start of a summary
report for the PSWG - it's not finished, but will give you an idea of what I'm
working on.  Any comments are welcome!
