CMEP to EDI Demonstration Testing

Attached is a compressed archive file (use PKUNZIP or WINZIP to extract
the contents) containing the C source code for ORA's demonstration
testing of file conversion between CMEP and EDI formats, plus the
compiled executable program (CMEP2EDI.EXE, for MS-DOS), a demonstration
file (CMEP.CSV) adapted from PG&E's CMEP test files, the EDI equivalent
of this demonstration file (USER001.RCV), and a second, larger CMEP file
containing SCE's static load profiles (CMEP2.CSV).

The CMEP test files can be converted to EDI using the command "CMEP2EDI
I" (for Import), the EDI output can be converted back to CMEP using
"CMEP2EDI E" (for Export), and the resulting output file (CMEP-OUT.CSV)
matches the original input file.  This process has also been tested with
a file of more than 20 megabytes (consisting of the content of CMEP2.CSV
repeated 15 times), and again the output of the import and export
process matches the original CMEP file.

This would have been posted earlier but I was hoping to clean up a
couple of things and add a capability of producing a Paradox database
from the EDI file, but time did not become available this week.
