Rule 22 Meeting location

Tomorrow's meeting will be held here at the Commission, in Hearing Room
"E", beginning at TEN (10:00).  Last month, someone suggested just going
straight through from 10 to 2, and I'm planning on that unless the group
wants to do something else.

Also, thanks to all who sent in suggested agenda items.  I received
lots, and will put out a last-minute agenda ASAP, hopefully tonight. 
Generally, I would like to talk first about the role of our group in the
context of the CPUC's procedural rules, then move on to specific topics
that you all have suggested in response to my note last week.
