Agenda for May 5th

The Rule 22 Tariff Review Group will meet Tuesday, May 5th, beginning at
10 a.m., at the Public Utilities Commission, 505 Van Ness Avenue, San
Francisco.  We will meet in Hearing Room "C".

Our agenda is as follows:

1.  Introductions

2.  Discuss Agenda and Revisit the Purpose of the Rule 22 Tariff Reveiw
Group

3.  Progress reports assignments on assignments from April 7th meeting.

4.  New items


I do not have a good list of new items, because I did not receive
material in the format that I requested in my "meeting notes" from April
7th, by the deadline in those notes, which was April 28th.  Nor did I
hear from anyone regarding the progress on their assignments, which was
due by April 21st.  Like all the rest of you, I have a lot on my plate
right now, and managing this group is just a small portion of it.  So I
certainly do not mean to find fault in anyone's efforts.  At the same
time, if we cannot focus precisely on changing the language in the
adopted tariff, we are not doing what D.97-10-087 directed us to do. 
Finally, I fully realize that market participants are encountering some
frustration with the rules as they are actually being put into effect,
so I am willing to listen to a small amount of that sort of discussion
tomorrow.  But please be prepared to (1) suggest a solution, and (2)
dedicate the necessary resources toward pursuing that solution.
