Bill Dale has requested that SCE revise its PX Credit Posting format to
convert the header records from 3 lines to 1 line. This is a simple change
which we can accommodate. However, before doing it I want to make sure that
all participants are comfortable with this change and won't view it as an
attempt by SCE to drive up the market participants' costs. We will post a
sample of the new format on our PX Credit website tomorrow if you want to
see how it looks. Please respond to me or Robert Ramirez, ramirer@sce.com
if you would prefer not to make this change.
