RE: Scheduling Next Internet EDI Meeting: 4/1/99

For scheduling of the next Internet EDI meeting, the preferences that I have
received are six people favoring Thursday April 1, three favoring Monday
March 29 (one of whom can attend part of 4/1), and one neutral. Based on
the expressed preferences, the meeting will be Thursday April 1, at PG&E,
from 9 AM to 4 PM. More specific details will be forthcoming.

Subject: Scheduling Next Internet EDI Meeting

At our March 1 meeting on planning the implementation of Internet
transmission for EDI, we discussed Monday March 29 as our next meeting
date. Shortly after I got back to the office, though, the ISO announced a
meeting concerning transmission pricing for that day. A couple of people
would be affected by this scheduling conflict (I'm one of them). On
Thursday March 4, then, the Data Quality and Integrity group decided not to
meet on Thursday, April 1, like we had assumed they would, so we
tentatively planned to move the Internet EDI meeting to Thursday April 1.
Discussing that date with some people since then has revealed that one
person has a personal scheduling conflict on April 1.

So, the question is which date would have the least amount of scheduling
conflicts -- 3/29 or 4/1 (or possibly a different date)? The intent in
either case would be to schedule it adjacent to an existing meeting, most
likely OCC and Rule 22. There's probably no need to clutter the email
exploder with a lot of traffic about this, so if anyone has preferences
between these dates, please send a note to me (at jep@cpuc.ca.gov) so I can
announce a firm date. Thanks!
