Revision to Southern California Edison's EDI 4010/DASR Implementa tion Guide

> In SCE's communication dated June 8, 1999, market participants were
> provided SCE's "Implementation Guide EDI Transaction Set 814 Version 4010
> Upgrade and DASR Business Process Updates."  The guide has been prepared
> to assist ESPs in understanding the new functionality, testing in both CSV
> and EDI formats, as well as other pertinent information.  The
> communication/Implementation Guide were previously distributed to all ESPs
> through the CPUC exploder lists, as well as SCE's Electronic Coordination
> Communicator's distribution list.
