Very few parties responded concerning my last version of the "clean-up"
petition to modify Rule 22.  One party suggested shortening the section on
continuing the Rule 22 group (change shown in red-line strike out in
attached document) and I have added footnote 2 for PG&E re status of their
advice letters.  Although a couple others sent me notes they did not confirm
that they want to be included in the list of petitioners.  Only Karen Mills
and Aaron Thomas did so.  I was hoping at least all those who gave changes
which were included (hint, hint, ORA, Phaser and GreenMountain.com) would do
so.  Please let me know all additional names by close of business this
Friday, Sept. 24.
