After too many rate case deadlines have made this quite late, attached are
the meeting notes for the December 13 meeting of the Internet EDI task group
(edic1399.doc).  These meeting notes were previously distributed to task
group participants, and no revisions were suggested.  Also attached is one
of the handouts from the meeting (filepool.doc).  The other handout from the
meeting has been on the Rule 22 web site, and is referenced in the meeting
notes.
