RE: A.97-11-004 Rebuttal Testimony To Exh. 72

I understand then that on June l9 both Edison and PG&E will submit
written rebuttal testimony to Exhibit 72.  I plan to issue a ruling
scheduling a hearing on June 24 at 10am. Please let me and the
sponsoring utility know in advance if you plan to cross-examine one or
more of the utility witnesses.  I intend to cancel the hearing if no
party contacts me by June 23 stating an intent to cross-examine a
witness. In that case, I will assume that no party objects to entering
the testimony into the record.
