The continued discussion of billing and settlement issues has resulted in 
a document that has been posted to the Ratesetting Working Group's Web 
site, at http://162.15.5.2/wk-group/pxrev4.doc.

The next continuation meeting of the working group was scheduled for 
Friday, May 4, at PG&E Energy Center.  Topics for further discussion by 
the working group will be determined.  Nominations of topics can be 
forwarded to the group.

It was also announced that the Direct Access Working Group will hold an 
organizational meeting on Monday, April 21, at 9 AM in a hearing room at 
the CPUC.
