- Annual Nov. 1 Advice Filing to establish Jan. 1 rate levels
- To include all authorized/forecast revenue requirements for each unbundled rate component
- To include all revenue allocation and rate design calculations necessary to set Jan. 1 rates
- Each unbundled rate component to be subtracted from frozen rates resulting in a residually-determined generation rate
