  1. Draft SEIR Review Period

    The 45-day public review period for the Draft SEIR ends January 20, 2000.  Comments on the Draft SEIR must be sent to the following address, and postmarked by January 20th, 2000.

  2. Public Meetings

    A public informational meeting on the Draft Supplemental EIR (SEIR) will be held at 6:30 pm on January 6, 2000, at the Huntington Beach Central Library, 7111 Talbert Avenue, Huntington Beach.

    The findings of the Draft SEIR will be presented at the meeting and the public will have the opportunity to ask questions about the SEIR.

    The CPUC conducted scoping meetings for the project in Seal Beach on July 22, 1999, and in Huntington Beach on July 23, 1999.  The comment period for the Notice of Preparation ended August 16, 1999.
