Environmental Review The CPUC completed its environmental review process with the certification of the Final EIR on August 19, 2004. Following are the documents that were published during the environmental review process:
PG&E's Application and Proponent's Environmental Assessment The Application and PEA may be viewed here. Construction Progress and Mitigation Monitoring PG&E constructed the Jefferson-Martin Project as five segments:
Construction began in January 2005 and was completed in August 2006. Subsequent revegetation efforts were conducted through the fall of 2006. EMF Management Plan The CPUC reviewed PG&E's EMF Management Plan for the Jefferson-Martin 230 kV Transmission Line Project to ensure its compliance with D.04-08-046:
PG&E has prepared a table and a series of aerial photographs that illustrate where components of the EMF mitigation will be implemented.
