Room Update for Continuation of EDI Discussion re DASR, Acct Main tenance, & Meter Info

Our gracious host PG&E has arranged Room 308 at 77 Beale St., San
Francisco, for both the July 10 and July 17 meetings to continue
discussion of DASRs, account maintenance, and meter-specific information
flow.  (This is a room change for 7/10.)  We'll start both days at 9:00
AM.
