Attached is the Draft Agenda for the February 9th workshop on
segmentation issues. Also, I have asked parties to comment, if they
wish to, on a list of questions regarding segmenatation. As explained
in the document, these comments may be posted on this website by
February 4th, so that we can all review them prior to the workshop.
