SCE's original posting of its Draft Direct Access Implementation Plan
Outline had included the attachment saved with a file extension of
".dot", which is for Microsoft Word templates. The attachment has been
re-saved with the normal MS Word extension of ".doc" and is attached to
this message. Note that if your Web browser is unable to load this
document, you must either (1) configure your Web browser to recognize a
file with the "doc" extension as being a MS Word document, or (2) save
the document to your disk, then use your word processor to open it.
